Product Overview

The application of this extrusion line is producing such as spray head of cosmetics and cleaning products, straw tube, porous filter pipe, ball-point pen refill etc.Different ranges of the pipe diameter and hardness can be customized by changing the combinations of downstream equipments.

Machine Components

• High automaticity production line equipped with special designed high pressure positive displacement die ensures precise, stable and high speed extrusion;

• Puller equipped with multilayer wear-resisting synchronous belt, without sliding phenomenon. High level precision roller drive traction, servo driving system or AC driving system, realize extremely stable pulling;

• Base on Servo driving system, industrial PLC control and touchscreen human-machine interface, cutter can realize precision continuous cutting, timing cutting, length counting cutting etc. Cutting length can be set freely, and cutting times can be set automatically, which can meet with different cutting requirements of different lengths.

• With the new vacuum control technology: vacuum and water system controlled separately, vacuum accuracy +/-0.1Kpa;

• High performance online laser diameter measurement system, forming closed-loop feedback control, eliminating diameter deviation on-line;
