This vulcanization machine's heating plate is heated using an electric heating pipe and uses PID closed-loop control to strictly monitor the heating plate temperature uniformity.
This machine's opening and clamping stroke is precisely measured and controlled with the use of an inductive proximity switch. The stroke can be adjusted to multiple different speed settings.
This vulcanization machine is designed with a high negative pressure vacuum cover to make molds in a nearly vacuum environment, therefore improving its mold exhaust performance and product quality.
Because of vacuum cover, the degree of vacuum can quickly reach above -700mmHG, which is most suitable for difficult to form, high precision products.
