Machine Components

The CRI3000 rubber injection molding machine features a four-cylinder parallel injection structure which improves the balance during the rubber injection process, and cuts down on the longitudinal space of the injection component. As a result, the injection plunger is easy to remove.
This molding machine uses electro-hydraulic proportional variable pump technology and is equipped with a German proportional variable pump, which significantly reduces system energy consumption while increasing operation speed.
Advantages & Features
This rubber molding machine's heating plate is heated using an electric heating pipe. It uses a PID closed loop control to strictly monitor the heating plate temperature uniformity of the heating plate.
